What's the one NFL team that you couldn't root for?

I think it’s hilarious all the cowboys on here. I’d imagine that’s given this is a forum with so many Giants and Eagles fans on it. As a cowboys fan who has no shame in admitting the reality that they haven’t been relevant as a title contender ( despite a few years of hope mixed in) for almost 30 yrs now I would think people could care less about hating Dallas. Jerry Jones will continue to overspend on the wrong players for as long as the man lives. That said I understand the hate if it was 2004, but 2024? Cowboys are just a brand and literally nothing else.

Also my answer is there is no team, not even Washington I couldn’t root for. Loyalty in sports is long gone so the days of teams really having that deep seeded rivalry due to a coach or a collection of players is massively diluted.
Ironically I grew up rooting for the cowboys- Tony Dorsett was my favorite player. But once they unceremoniously booted Tom Landry and that hillbilly Jerruh Jones came in, coupled with Parcels' Giants getting good again, I've loathed them ever since.
Nothing gives me more pleasure than watching Jones's frustration as that team keeps losing year after year.
God bless Jerry Jones w/ a long life so he can continue to run the cowboys forever! Amen

Ravens it will always be the Ravens! If the Ravens some how stopped playing football then the Browns, Bengals and Cowboys.

Maybe there should be a thread that is for teams you wouldn’t root for besides the cowboys. Getting a chuckle of the predictable responses lol

Not even going to lie though, if he goes to Dallas I will root for them.

As a Bills fan of a certain age, I gotta go with the Dolphins. And more recently, the Patriots. But those are rivals that I enjoy beating when they're good more than in their down years (although a good beatdown is always nice!).

So the top answer would have to be the ESPN darling Dallas Cowboys. "America's Team" hasn't been relevant in a while, but watching them continue to fail remains entertaining.
