Been awhile, but given our back-up punter is on the Ray Guy award watch, I think pre-season lists are now clickbait items. We had a receiver, RB and QB on pre season National player of year ( positional) watch lists. Maybe the McNabb Years ?
They are, nonetheless this is a positive sign. This could be an explosive offense.Been awhile, but given our back-up punter is on the Ray Guy award watch, I think pre-season lists are now clickbait items.
Agree - it should be an explosive offense. We have stars in 3 key skill positions, and behind them we have above average (for us) secondary weapons in Pena (on lists as one of the more versatile players - KR, PR, slot), Alford (big play capability), Jones, and Adams (speedy deep threat). They are, nonetheless this is a positive sign. I think this is the answer, although GS and OG would have been on these lists years ago. My recall is that the preseason watch lists used to be a lot shorter.Been awhile, but given our back-up punter is on the Ray Guy award watch, I think pre-season lists are now clickbait items.
McNabb and Harrison ever on list at same time? I don't think so. It may have been Graves/Shelby Hill/Qadry era.We had a receiver, RB and QB on pre season National player of year ( positional) watch lists. Maybe the McNabb Years ?
McNabb and Harrison wouldn't have been because McNabb was a freshman Harrison's senior year. Our best shot at multiple watch list guys would've been '97 or '98. But even in those years we never had a RB that was that highly thought of nationally during preseason.McNabb and Harrison ever on list at same time? I don't think so.
