the brackets rotate every year. it's been east vs south for this year since last year. lunardi and the boys all have it wrong.

It is not predetermined. The bracket with the highest 1 seed plays the bracket with the 4th 1 seed.

The final four matchups have never been set on region this year. They are based on 1-4 and 2-3.
