Virtually any shot St. Johns took, they were open. Virtually any shot they were open, they made. Virtually any loose ball, they got. Virtually any turnover they got, they converted. When they stole, they scored; when we stole, we fouled. But what hurt most of all . . . virtually any Orange shot that was on the iron didn't go in. The Red Storm's best defender was the Syracuse basket! I've never seen so many klutzy dribbles or so many fumbled passes, catches, or bunnies.
Basically, I'm in terminal shock. I've gone from "When will they learn?" to "Can they ever learn?" I hate myself for bailing on a program I've loved watching since Bouie was a freshman, but I didn't see anything tonight that reminded me of Syracuse basketball. Somebody, please wake me up from this nightmare!-VBOF
