My favorite was the Radio Shack spot.

I worked at a Radio Shack part-time after graduating to make some extra money. This was the late '90s. They were still selling reel-to-reel audio tape and bulk tape erasers along with 8mm video tape and using a logo which looked as if it had been designed in the '70s. The catalog was full of even older stuff than that: phonograph parts and Atari 2600 cartridges.

Radio Shacks don't look like the same store anymore but I bet a lot of people aren't even aware of it. I loved the commercial.

Funny. I thought the commercial made Radio Shack look like it was trying to be Best Buy circa 2000 when it really needs to focus on competing with the Amazons and Tiger Directs of the world.
