Does anyone know which player ripped the helmet off of Bailey?

I want to find out because in the spirit of the Toledo A.D., I want charges filed. Or at least get the 15 yards right now.

Maybe our AD should petition the MAC and request that the 15 yards be tacked on during Toledo's next game. I know it's unprecedented, but still . . . .

Does anyone know which player ripped the helmet off of Bailey?

Sort of strange that with all the emphasis on concussions and preventing head injuries (e.g., special penalties that were instituted in recent years for for leading with the helmet, and for delivering a blow to the head) that such an obvious, flagrant foul of this nature would get overlooked. Can you imagine the backlash if Bailey had suffered a head injury being tackled after having his helmet torn off?
