If we get another OOC game at home to any one of these teams, our fans will be treated to a great home slate (i mean it already is). I can't even imagine what the ticket sales will be like if we get Indiana, U of M, Michigan State, or Ohio State at home. Along with Duke, UNC, etc... yikes...

Wow, we've basically played everyone of those teams sans Mich. St. the past 2 years. Considering Michigan and Mich St will be the highest ranked B10 teams this year, I think they will play Duke and UNC. Therefore, I think we get either Indiana (rematch game) or Ohio St.

Absolutely no interest in playing the Badgers...If they pair the NC schools v. MI schools, ND v. IU in battle of Indiana, I guess that leaves OSU... Not really wowed by it, but would be fun to see team play in Value City...
I expect SU will be slotted as the #3 team in the ACC pre-season outlook. Since most of the outlooks have Michigan State and Michigan as the top 2 in the B1G, my guess is we'll get matched with either Ohio St. or Wisconsin. Probably sent on the road as a newbie.

I can't name a better college basketball venue than Assembly Hall.
Dunno if they're sticklers about trading home/away in alternating years. Ordinarily I'd guess Michigan up there, but they were home against
Hope not to play Wisconsin or Michigan State. Anyone else will be some degree of interesting (OK, not Penn State either).
[EDIT]: They announced the pairings on 14 May last year, so hopefully we don't have to wait too much longer to find out.

Probably fairly similar to what ticket sales were like for Florida or North Carolina State in the last three years. That is, nothing to write home about.

Rutgers is stuck in the AAC this coming season.
As I've said in a lacrosse thread a couple weeks ago, after we beat them in lacrosse that may be the last time we ever play them in any sport.

I think our fans are smart enough to realize the difference between a N.C State/ Florida or a Indiana, UofM, Michigan State, or Ohio State.
Ticket sales go up.

I'd also forgotten that this challenge, unlike the Big East-SEC, is often played in the middle of the week. Tuesday night game in November? We could be playing the Heat and not draw better than 24,000.
Also, I don't know that any of those teams is materially better than Florida has been for the past decade. Maybe there's some burn-out among our fanbase since we've played them so often, but they're as good a draw as all of the above.

Just based on how good the home schedule already is this year, coupled with our newbie status, I would be really surprised if SU was given a home game here.
I think they go with neighborhood rivalries when possible.
Penn State gets Pitt, Ohio State gets Syracuse and Indiana gets Notre Dame, and agree with the others pairing Duke and UNC with the Michigan teams.

Maybe nobody. Azren't there going to be more ACC teams than B10. I'd expect to be shut out.
B1G teams that will be at home next year: Ohio State, Michigan State, Minnesota, Purdue, Nebraska, Iowa
B1G teams that will be on the road next year: Michigan, Penn State, Indiana, Illinois, Northwestern, Wisconsin.
Syracuse has a stacked home schedule if we assume we are on the road we should be playing Michigan State, Ohio State, Iowa which are actually the top 3 B1G teams for next year IMO.
If Syracuse plays at home we will likely get Michigan, Indiana, Wisconsin as they are going to be NCAA teams next year.
Typically ESPN matches the conferences up pretty well. The top 3 ACC project to be Duke, North Carolina, Syracuse and the top 3 B1G should be Michigan State, Ohio State, Iowa or Michigan. Duke will be on the road next year, and North Carolina will be at home. IMO Duke@Michigan State seems like an obvious NCAA tournament rematch and battle of the projected conference top dawgs. If I had to guess the ACC is going make Pitt a home team and Syracuse a road team, and we will play at Ohio State, and Indiana/Michigan will play at North Carolina.

I would think that since we are new to the conference we would be sent on the road. Duke was at home this year, so they are due a road game. They played Ohio State last year and Michigan the year prior (though they played MIch State out of conference in 2011) so I'm betting that they draw Michigan State, which would leave us with Ohio State.
Duke actually played Ohio State the past 2 years, but I agree with Duke@Michigan State is probably the closest thing to a lock. If Syracuse didn't have a stacked home schedule I would say Indiana/Michigan @Syracuse is obvious and Indiana was due a home game next year I think a revenge Syracuse@Indiana game would be obvious, but I think Syracuse plays at either Iowa or Ohio State both of whom will be top B1G teams next year and sending a Syracuse team there should give the ACC a chance for a road win there.
