Why is it I have to sign in to be able to read the site?

I used to be able to just sign in and read it but now I have this absolutely annoying pop up thing coming on so I can not look at anything unless I sign in. On no other site I go to do I have this problem...none.

Post a screen capture of what you see. My guess is you have an ad blocker. Allow this site and the problem will be solved.
