Why is it that we always make at least one guy look all-world? Both in Football and Basketball. We expected it to some extent from Robertson but the little receiver, Livey. He was good, but not that good.

In basketball, somebody almost always has a career day against us. The equipment manager subs in and drops seven threes.

I knew Robertson would probably have a good day but as soon as I saw they had a guy named Poppy Livers I knew we were in trouble. Just expected it.

Over the PA system, it sounded like Carrie Underwood was playing for Villanova. I have not gone back to look up the actual name of player, But my wife and I got a chuckle each time the announcer mentioned this guys's name.

Gary Underwood

It's not unique to Syracuse. I think it's one of those things that seems true because of memory bias.
