I feel you on that. I was born into Cuse fandom being raised in Rome, Ny. And became a Bills fan when I was 8 ( I'm 37 now). I feel like the Bills suckered me in when I was young. I've learned to expect mediocrity at this point. So sad...Didn't go to Cuse either - Born in Syracuse to an Orange/Bills family. I clearly won the football fan lottery.
Graduated from Saugerties high, and went to St. Rose. Mentions Syracuse a lot on his show. He gave Cuse and especially Rak Christmas a lot of airtime during the final 4 run a few years back. Cool side note. My brother and sister in law are teachers at Saugerties High. My sister in law is the head of the music dept. Fallon recently cut the school a check for $120,000.00 to be used for the music program. My S.I.L. got to meet him and hang out with him. Said he didn't want to be recognized for the donation, and was the most down to earth, coolest guy. He'll be attending Saugerties High Christmas concert this year.
This doesn't make sense.
He didn't go to SU right?
What's w/ the we "HAD" a huge brand stuff? I'm an SU alum but everywhere I've lived and travelled, the SU brand is still alive and well. I know plenty of rabid SU fans who're not alums or Syracuse natives. If you want the honest answer...which I suspect many don't (particularly from this board...3-2-1, begin slow mode...shout out)...he didn't have to go to SU to be an SU fan. We had a HUGE brand at one point that went beyond traditional mktg.

Yeah because I or anybody said that.Didn't realize he needed to go to SU to be an SU fan? Guess I should probably stop supporting the university and its athletics.
My brother is a huge cuse fan now, went to Northeastern and loved it through me.I like non alum fans they are great.
So I guess my respect for Fallon went up.
We need as many non alum fans as we can get.

I pray that I'm hung over tomorrow from partying all night due to a Cuse win. It's cool that I can actually have a pool party for a cuse game today and tonight. I've got a fridge full of Saranac IPA in the pool house. BBQing, swimming, and Cuse football at the same time on Set. 23rd is unheard of here in CNY!Lmao. I was being dramatic. Super hung over this morning.

There is an optometrist in Albany who is the most dead ringer for him that you could possibly imagine.
Thanks for chiming in.Back in history they were looking for a person to ring the tolls at the Notre Dame tower. A guy came in with no hands and impressed everyone with his ability to use his mouth and got the job. He was so ecstatic that he fell trip and went off the tower. When the bishop ran down and the crowd said who is this guy who is guy? The bishop said he didn't know, but his face rang a bell!
A month later another man came for the job and said that that was his brother and wanted the opportunity to get the job. He was also impressive so he got the job . But he too fell from the tower and landed on the ground. The bishop ran down and the crowd asked who is the guy who is this guy? The bishop said he didn't know, but the guy was a dead ringer for his brother!
Creature Comfort? I'll have to check that out. They sell in CNY?
Defrost that mini-freezer...
