Will the TN game Be ACC or SEC refs?

I know that it's often the away team that provides its conference's officials, but since it's a neutral site I'm wondering if that will be the case. Just preparing myself for "equipment violations" again if it's an SEC crew. ESPN has this as an away game for us, which I assume is correct?

Spoiler: all refs equally suck. It’s an awful job to have and nobody wants to ref at the younger levels anymore because parents are terrible. So you end up with worse and worse folks at the national level.

My observations/opinions on a different sport:
Parents are worse than previously. Coaches are worse than previously. Players are WAY worse than previously.
