I'm sure the graduate programs at the University of Charlotte are wired directly into the major companies there, your already hired before you graduate.

Just a guess--if you want to transition smoothly from a graduate degree to a working career in the state of North Carolina, there are plenty of local colleges that will give you more of a leg up than UNC-Charlotte.
