UConn women are like the UCLA Wooden teams of the 60's. They are on a different level because they get the best elite talent. There isn't a volume of great women's players to get disbursed among 30 teams. UConn, ND, Baylor get all the top tier talent so they are just head and shoulders above all the other teams. Used to be Tennessee with UConn until Pat Summit's illness forced her to retire. You have to give props to Geno he can recruit and has built the "go to" program in that sport for the top talent.

Good for her. That's a really smart move. And she's right, the WNBA will be there next year (or Europe), but getting the 2nd degree now, while she can is a very good decision.
