Oh I guess it does show some details in the original save the date. But didn’t realize this is like 95% football. Maybe it’s the start to having an SU football facilitated Powder Puff game annually.

Flag football is exploding as we speak. The NFL has its own reasons for pushing it, but here in Rochester at the HS (girls) level it draws surprising crowds. Aside from the novelty, it's really fun to watch, and I can tell you that "powder puff" is probably not going to survive as a moniker.

Registration Open for The Huddle: Women's Night - Syracuse University Athletics

Fran and Teara Brown, in conjunction with Syracuse Athletics, are hosting The Huddle: Women's Night, a free evening filled with football and fun.

Fran and Teara Brown, in conjunction with Syracuse Athletics, are hosting The Huddle: Women's Night, a free evening filled with football and fun.

The event is scheduled for July 26, at 5 p.m. Registration is now open at Cuse.com/womensnight. Must be 21+ to participate.

From 5:30-6:30 p.m., there will be classroom teaching by position. Then, everyone will move to the field. After a brief stretch, participants will go through individual drills, have an offense vs. defense period and compete in 7 vs. 7 drills.

The evening will conclude with awards and a social, featuring refreshments and charcuterie.

Don't miss your chance to interact with the Browns and members of the Syracuse football staff, while participating in a fun-filled evening.
