Would you miss a spring showcase?

Tie it in better with the lax game (start one right after the other, work the players into doing some soft lax stuff, something). I think the staff wanted to use it to better advantage, my guess is the school was the buzzkill due to concerns about getting the building emptied prior to the lax game.
