After weeks of struggles, I finally got ESPN3 to work. I finally found the one guy at Time Warner who knows what he's doing. I had to reset Internet Explorer. Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced Tab -> Reset button

I live in New Jersey and have Cablevision possibly one of the worst cable providers! I called my mom and used her Time Warner account! If anyone knows people who have Time Warner, ask them nicely for their account info! Its so ridiculous that you need your cable provider account to access it!
