If he doesn't leave for greener pastures. Sounds like a great guy though, and to be clear if he left it would not make him a bad guy either.

That's the problem for these low tier major schools -- get a good coach, and he is at risk of leaving as soon as your program has success.

Not as much risk as midmajor programs with no money. Nebraska makes the BigTen billions. They can pay their coach as much as anyone else out there if they really want to. The problem is most programs don't really care as football comes #1.
