All in all, really nobody has a clue. Wiltfong says one thing, Garcia says another, and a bunch of other “insiders” are all saying different things. This recruitment has been remarkable to me.

One of my favorite shows which is coming back in a week has a line, “Expect the unexpected”. This is a hard recruitment to read with the analysts all split and essentially saying their is still many options on the table. We are the unexpected option given we haven’t landed a recruit of Russell caliber in a much longer period of time than the others. We are 6 days from the decision being announced and our insiders thought process on how this would play out is pretty much tracking up until now. Some of the Michigan fans I’ve seen posting on this are funny. Like hello Syracuse has been involved with Russell much longer than you lol. You just learned in the last week or so that Michigan is very much involved in this one.
