Wr coach posting

So let everyone throw some names out there of possible candidates to replace Rob Moore...

Go get someone with strong NJ and NEPA ties.

Hi.

What if SU followed the example of Seton Hall basketball and hired Lincoln's head coach, Shawn O'Connor?

I wouldn't be surprised to see a relatively quick hire. If SS knew about this for a while, which seems likely, he has had plenty of time to look at the playing field and narrow it down to a reasonable list. All that is left is to gage interest among the potentials, then schedule interviews.

They will want this taken care of quickly, so they can maximize recruiting effects.

I'd much rather read speculation about who's next, but can't let the snafu that the position was (briefly) advertised for before an official announcement was made about the departure go unmentioned. Chaulk up another one for our crack communications team.

Now, lets hear about some more candidates...

what is Cody Catalina doing now? his area of Pennsylvania has been good to Syracuse.

Hard telling where Shafer will go with this hire, no other names really come to mind , I don't think it has to be a very experienced recruiter or coach just someone who fits the family style coaching atmosphere that Shafer seems to prefer along with some good coaching credentials.
