Well it sounds like we are taking a chance on Cook who was the #4 overall composite ranked receiver in the 2023 class. Why not bring in Hykeem who was the #3 overall composite ranked receiver in the 2023 class? That would be interesting.

Hykeem hasn't proved he can Excel at WR in college yet but i'm sure his measurables and potential commands some NIL. Guess we will see. Can't imagine Cook is a position to demand much NIL at all with his situation so I don't think that factors in. Once he proves he is a changed man, then he can worry more about NIL.
