Football is entertainment. And even more so now. Elevate the brand. Get more dollars. Invest in the team. I’d watch a documentary on a 25 year old musician trying to make his home town college team. Would be great.

This is “unique and bizarre” to say the least. On the positive side for those who care about social media - Instagram post has 115k likes, 3000 positive comments and almost a million views in under 2 hours. So I guess bringing eyeballs to the program is occurring that’s for sure. On the other side- this feels like a circus act. Hes 25 years old, hasn’t played since high school and can’t imagine will ever play in a game. So I really hope there was no scholarship wasted here.
