If you're like me you relate easily to everything in that video: cold hard cash waved around like a pagan idol, hip hop music whose lyrics are completely understandable, sunglasses indoors, tatts and cool ass hand gestures signifying either "We got this!" or "Patty cake, patty cake."

We're a long way from "Mr. Csonka, I was a paratrooper in WWII on D-Day, and you landed at Okinawa. Your son Larry belongs with me at Syracuse University." "Done Mr. Schwartzwalder. He'll be there in August."

Gotta be adaptable for the times right? And even though maybe I don't get it, Fran & Co do, and so do these Gen Z recruits that visit. Mores morph with the culture and Fran is in the vanguard of that change.
