That's the wonderful thing about college football; at some point you're likely going to get hosed.

I think this will proof to be a good hire for the Mountaineers. It also clears the deck so if you are a great HS football player and want to play in the high scoring offense where big numbers are consistently generated, and you want to play in the East, you need to go to Syracuse.

WV got the better end of that deal, IMHO. Could be a tough couple of years, though, before that ship is righted. Lots of departing offensive firepower.

Good hire. Neal Brown is well-respected in Alabama. Troy's really going to miss him.

WV just got an upgrade IMO, only time will tell obviously but this could be a great hire. I think Brown will do really well.
