As it appears now we will still be in the BE next year. If that is the case we do have some claim to the $25million total correct? If so how is this divided between football and basketball schools? Evenly?

I'm not so sure WVU's $20M isn't being sent to the MWC to pay BSU's early exit fee, which I believe is $21M. As for TCU actually paying the BE $5M, I'll believe it when I see it.
