Melancer46 posted an in-depth write-up on each guy in a thread "Analysis/Video of Recruiting Targets". 2nd page of the Recruiting forum. Each target is addressed in one post, so that's your best bet. Includes film and stats. Looks like he put a lot of thought and effort into it.
