I did not get it in the fall. The only thing I have gotten is the $20 reduction during the Disney dispute.

I might have just missed it earlier this week when I checked. I was looking for a banner at the top of the page to smack me in the face But it's one of the options under Settings>Manage Plan along with Pause or Cancel.

Finally cut the cord...went with DirectTV stream for now given some channel differences with YouTube TV. But being able to switch easily is nice.

Took me a good 20 minutes just to cancel my cable subscription as they kept offering every deal imaginable. "Why weren't you this responsive when I had numerous issues over the past year that you never fixed?" No answer to that one.

Luckily I had an alternative fiber provider for Internet. So far, better speed and no issues on the TV front.

When I canceled Fios (but kept their internet), I expected the same thing. But nope, they said we understand here's your internet price. Which was way less than I thought it would be when I removed TV.

Couldn't have been easier.
