2022 World Cup

Watching a stadium full of Moroccan fans lose their mind after winning their first game in 24 years was what this tournament is all about. I could give a crap about either of these squads but I throughly enjoyed that whole show. Great entertainment.

Belgium goes down.. Canada with a win today has a shot to get thru. Even Tie makes it interesting in that group

Desperation. Their coach went off on Jurgen Klinsmann for Jurgen talking on BBC about Coach Carlos Querioz and Iran, their gamesmanship, crowding the referee with complaints, bench going crazy, and said the US was going to have to deal with that. Jurgen walked it back a bit afterwards. But they are going to be jacked out of their minds for our game on Tuesday. I expect a lot of cards and a lot of dirty play.

Watching Japan v Costa Rica, CR was inferior for much of the game, but mostly avoided the big mistake. CR also presented a threat on the counter. Japan wasted an opportunity to maybe win a group that includes Germany and Spain.

Watching Germany v Spain up to half time so far. Germany's midfield has gotten a bit old and a step slow. Their fullbacks are not that great. They've got really excellent wingers in attack, but they are missing other pieces necessary to their style of play.

Spain's youthful midfield and attack are playing really, really well. Germany still has good centerbacks in Rudiger and Sule, and are the better threat in the air. Thomas Muller might still have a little magic, too.

Best way to beat the Spanish is still to press them like crazy and frustrate their midfield. Not easy to do.

Especially since they have freshened up their lineup with so many guys age 20-23. Those guys can run a lot better than Spain have done in about 10 years. They needed to move on from most of their Thirty-Somethings.

Why couldn't Alvaro Morata have been that good for Chelsea??

And Germany equalizes with 10 minutes to go, by going Route One to their big center forward.

After watching Argentina v Mexico, all I can say is that we have a better team than Mexico, and Mexico's rough stuff is getting old. Viva Messi!

Korea completed dominated the first 20 minutes of the game and it’s 2-0 Ghana. Crazy game.

I dont get the brazil call being called offside thing?

from what they said you could be standing 50 yds away from a rolling ball offsides.. then run 50 yds to touch it and be way on onsides but its an offside ball?

thats just a dumb rule.
