I want them to shoot for the moon and get a brilliant mind and football dude. If it goes south then get rid of him after two-three years. It’s not as though it can get worse then low tier p5 for most of 20 years. They should definitely not be afraid of someone who out grows the job. Fitzgerald is a hard pass and should never get a sniff of a college head job again. Hartline and Candle are the only realistic ones here. Moore is auditioning right now to take over for Harbaugh when he bolts. The game has completely passed Fisher by in terms of X’s and O’s and he couldn’t even buy wins at A&M

He actually wouldn’t be a bad fit all things considered. He was really successful at WVU and mildly successful at Arizona which isn’t easy to do. Michigan was just a bad fit for him.
