There's been a lot of discussion about how we match up with UNC in terms of personnel. The guys certainly have to be able to play with the talented athletes on UNC, but think our strengths include pacing & discipline. The team has performed especially well at the ends of games and it's not coincidence.

I think gameflow is more important to JB than it once was and has helped us at the ends of games. A good example is his use of the press at the right time and for manageable periods. In the last two games he tightened the zone when the opposition's adrenaline diminished and disrupted their tempo. He's talked about pushing players and has gotten better at pushing them at the right time. Our guys haven't been burning out early in the game and have had enough energy to make the final run in what JB has called the "game of runs". It's been great to have two senior+ guards to help control the flow.

Over the years JB has changed his style somewhat and I thought his comments at the final 4 press conference quite telling. JB has learned from coach K and many others he worked with in the olympics. He's a different coach than he was. Perhaps wiser & more strategic. He's still as emotional, but channels it better most of the time. The team has really grown into a cohesive group and JB has grown as well. UNC is a great team but SU is playing & coaching well and will make them earn it if they win.

As Cuseregular has set as a mantra: "Ain't It Good To Be A Cuse Fan?".

X's and O's...its what it will come down to tomorrow. JB has the upperhand.

The man is in his 70's, give him a break. There are discreet ways to manage such things these days. Come on, you were all thinking it.
