No one should play the “avoid them cuz recruiting” card. We’re not losing any halfway decent recruit to UConn ever now.

I may be alone here, but I love the idea of a payday game with SU. Our offense goes out and puts up a 600 yard day for the offense and a 50 pt win. And the kicker is that Edsall's contract will be paid out with this type of arrangement. Randy is a douche-nozzle.

It’s a pretty convenient location for most SU fans to attend 5-6 hours depending on traffic). I would much rather play them than Liberty so give those 2f1 deals to UConn and UMass and Rutgers.

It is a fairly painless road-trip from 315. Because no one gives a crap about Yukon Football and their fanbase lives locally and arrives by ´86 IROC there is little demand on motels in the area. I found decent corporate catering motels for cheap on the weekend in Hartford.

Their proximity to NYC warrants playing them periodically, especially in years we cannot play Army or Rutgers. A couple 2 for 1s each decade is enough.

1. One marquee OOC game - Natl TV - Prime Time
2. One game against non-conference eastern rival (Penn State, WVU, Maryland, Army, Navy, Temple, Rutgers)
3. One Mac-type opponent
4. One FCS (UConn)
