On offense, yes. On defense, he won't have to guard PFs, which was the biggest factor in his decline over the course of last season. He was as effective as Westbrook and George early on. I think he fits in well with Houston's defensive scheme, where he can switch instead of dealing with screens.Houston would just be OKC redux in terms of his role as a stand-on-the-perimeter shooter.
If he goes to the Rockets, I think he's going to surprise a lot of people with how well he plays and fits in.
