This makes absolutely no sense. Part of the fun of the challenges is playing different and more challenging teams than usually get scheduled OOC. Iowa? Illinois? Purdue? Hell, even Penn State would be fun.

Last year's game was pretty bad. Who knew at the time we were watching two of the final 8 teams in the tournament?

Nect year could be the last year of the Big Ten-ACC challenge and it could become the ACC-SEC challenge as unless the Big Ten signs part of its TV deal with ESPN I highly doubt the challenge will continue.
