Last day of winter workouts #6AM #WinTheDay pic.twitter.com/SCioqrpRc9
I would love to see the players' testing numbers, year by year. I'm curious to see what happens to their speed (10yd & 40yd) and agility, as well as the upper body strength of the linemen and linebackers.I know they're excited about it. Was told that they're being pushed extremely hard this offseason, players and coaches alike. More than one guy is happy that today is the last day of this set.
I like that stuff too, it would be great to be posted. Unfortunately we have to hold out for the rare twitter pic with the results on the board posted in the background.I would love to see the players' testing numbers, year by year. I'm headed up there in a couple weeks, I'll see what they say.

The Defense got after it this morning on our final day of Winter Workouts

Don't we hear this every year?
I hadn't, and even if I had, what's the alternative?Don't we hear this every year?

Maybe they should just, go all McF*ckit, it's too cold for workouts. Maybe tone it down this year. Last year was a direct result of too much hard work. Or, maybe, realize that no matter how much work they put in, can't get the job done, so they won't work at all.
What's the purpose of this post?
If you've heard the same song before and don't like it, don't listen.

I'm glad to see our defense is going to be prepared to take on tractor tires this year...you know, because that was our problem last year. Those damn tires are deceptively agile.
Sorry, not sure that I was seeking to cause aggravation.
My point was: Don't we hear this every year? I even recall a cover ESPN.com CFF article during the GRob days of the team doing the 6am workouts.
Sorry to hit a sensitive nerve (and I still don't get it, but whatever). Just curious what actually stood out this year versus past years.
I don't know about football, but it's really benefiting the lacrosse teams. You could see yesterday that SU was far ahead of Cornell just by having access to a full field.I know it's expecting too much from them, but really SU has dropped the ball with how little the indoor facility is being talked about. Why aren't there stories/interviews talking about how the team is able to do more with the new space? If you are trying to get people interested in upgrading facilities, it would be wise to really get out and drive home the message of what is being done with the ones you have.
If only the SUAD had some Sr. Exec. AD type who was responsible for communications/PR for the department...
