Update: Fox can’t carry the yanks Friday night because of the WWE. Lol. They have a contract with them and there’s an event Friday night.

Also, the MLB network will be free for awhile.

Not just an event, but THE ROCK has come finally come back...to Smackdown.


Sadly, this is likely going attract more eyeballs than any ALDS game, possibly even here.

I don't think Luke Voit is going to be on that roster.

Ford is probably Encarnacion insurance, since he hasn't really been tested. At the expense of either Tyler Wade or Luis Cessa I would guess.

Ahh. Bad assumption on my part. I assumed Voit would be there. He’s done nothing for a month so I prefer ford over him.

Yeah, I mean Voit is an energy guy the team feeds off of (or at least did at one point), but 1 for his last 32 with a hernia that's probably worse than he's letting on isn't a good idea for the postseason.

If my math is right on Ford, since Aug 17, his slash line is .379/.438/.818, OPS of 1.256 in 66 at bats. 8 HRs. Not a bad way to finish.
