I am 45 years old and I believe the Yankees have only had five losing seasons in my lifetime. We take for granted having a team that is competitive every year.

Volpe and Peraza are both not that far away. I’d hold back on a shortstop at this point and focus on third or first. Maybe LeMahieu takes one of those 2 spots or keep him at 2nd and consider trading Torres for pitching? I can’t imagine they will give both Torres and Judge big contracts. And let’s not forget the other elephant in the room - catcher.
