That would have been an interesting call.. by rule its a fumble on 4th down by the qb so it cant be advanced anyway it would have had to go back to the fumble spot

i agree. i just cant find the rule in the ncaa rule book just on some random sites and it seems to be different in several types of fball as well.

Always though the whole muff rule was just dumb..
