I doubt Josh has the stones or the stroke to make this move but hopefully Carr should have played his last snap as a Raider. Start Stidham the last two games to see what's there then evaluate from there. Can't be paying premium $ to a mediocre game manager at best QB.

Raiders cannot afford a mediocre game manager at both QB and HC. One has to go.

Between the bad picks, holding the ball and refusing (or unable) to run it was ugly. They pulled it out but honestly getting past both Philly and the 49ers with him turning the ball over isn't going to happen. Best we might hope for is a win in Tampa.

I see few signs that he won't hand over points to TB vs just playing a grittier clean game to get the win

The reason to not play carr has nothing to do with merit. It’s to ensure he doesn’t get hurt and thus they can get out from the contract much cheaper for next season than if he gets hurt this year

Watching last night the Cowboys had a few injuries including one big one at center and then the Titans lost what looked like two more bad injuries stacking on top of record numbers season to date and continuing from last year. Has to be the field to some extent..

My guess is Mostert. He’s got a lot of gas in the tank from light use this year but you never know.. they spread the wealth with the rb’s. My gut’s Mostert
