My teams have been burned on those calls too many times - though perhaps not on as big of a play as that.

Also, the NFL botched the DPI call that would’ve given the Giants another chance at the game winning FG against the 49ers in the 2002 playoffs and I’m still mad about it, so I don’t really feel bad or care.

I hate this dynamic.

I saw a game earlier this year when a WR checked with the side judge who pointed his finger toward the backfield telling him to move back.

The formation already had the T covered; can’t remember if it was a TE or WR teammate in the slot.

Same official throws a flag on the ensuing snap for illegal procedure because the WR he gestured to wasn’t set before the snap.

Just dumb.

Turns out that Mike White has THREE rib fractures. Really bad look for Saleh and NYJ

I saw an interview where White was desperately searching for a Dr. Nick to clear him. I don't blame in that he's fighting for his job and sometimes players need to be protected from themselves.

also remember. contact is not illegal in the NFL its interference thats illegal. did he remove the ability for the WR to make the catch is all that matters. or did the defender gain an advantage by grabbing the WR that allowed him to make a play.

The Dak/Lamar talk a few pages back…I’d take either of them over Brady for the Bucs next season in a heartbeat. Not that I think Brady will be back anyways, but those guys would be massive upgrades IMO.

Obviously I dislike both teams so I cannot be accused of being a homer .. that whole ending felt very scripted or predetermined. It was basically decided the giants were going to win and the refs made sure.
