As I understand it, the winter strength and conditioning program has been running every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday morning starting around 6:30 am.

They lift and do conditioning each of these days.

I believe this was a conditioning exercise. The team was broken up into groups for what appears to be some type of relay race involving lifting and carrying 315 pounds for an unknown distance. Each group had to be represented by one player weighing less than 200 pounds, one weighing between 200 and 250 and one over 250. Or something like that.

If true freshman like Simmons and Geer were representing their groups, they must be strong and mobile.


I'd love to be a fly on the wall to see this in action.

Hoping they start posting some pics/vids from the weight room,again.. It was always surprising to see who was lifting what. Howard, Bolinsky, Lutz, put up some HUGE #'s for their size. Who was it that had that 40 inch Vertical? Fun stuff, and nice to see who's killing it. ;-)
