Jenty is a fraud? Guy had no holes to run through all game. If you actually look at his short runs closely, he is breaking tackles on almost every one for an extra yard. One guy rarely gets him to the ground. He is a freak. PSU just loaded the box and focused on him. Jenty will have a larger impact in the NFL next year than Travis Hunter.

Running back depends on the OL. When the OL is good the RB is good.

Barry Sanders seemed to overcome it back in the day.

Jeanty usually breaks tackles and houses one every game. He didnt get that chance to night. They got multiple guys to the ball all game.

Not so say it probably wouldnt have been better playing a full B10 schedule, He would have been beat up.

Also rushed for 1,000 yards. Jeanty surpassed 100 yards against PSU and almost 200 against Oregon. Calling him a fraud is simply silly.

How many carries did it take for him to reach that 100 against PSU? How did the team perform with him getting all those carries?

You do realize him running 25-30 times a game is how that offense is designed right? Thats what they’ve focused on all year, and even if it’s not working that’s how they are going to run an offense.

The difference is prior to tonight he averages 192 yards and 2+ rushing TDs a game. They rely on him and didn’t have a huge answer when he wasn’t producing at that level.

They had an answer. They moved the ball thru the air pretty well. They just decided to keep handing off hoping he would hit one. It stalled out several drives early when it never happened.

PSU has a good pass rush but when it didnt get home it showed they can be passed on.
