St. John's?Staying in Big East
I think we were the only in team in the nation that didn't reach out from the list LOLJust an update of basically, he's bought and paid fro -
Maybe the kid gets a break on the agent’s commission for advertising and bringing more customers signed? Is this a thing now where they tweet out the kid's agent?
Hmmmm some connection here I think
Crikey.We could use another Aussie!!!

He took 236 three point shots at 35% in 31 games!!! When I get home from work, I need to watch some video of this guy. He is 6'10" and 230lbs. 2.5 assists, 2.6 TO, 1.5 blocks. He and Fennell follow each other on IG. Presumably have played together on Australian youth teams but that's all there is for now. Looks like a nice prospect.

And yet apparently many teams did.I had heard he has a Do Not Contact tag as well.
If he’s not a grad transfer, they shouldn’t be contacting him.And yet apparently many teams did.
You'd be surprised how many doors open for you if you slip the doorman a five dollar bill. And yet apparently many teams did.
All the good players from top conference teams are still playing. Portal activity will pick up significantly next week.Other than the Bol kid from Florida State, I don’t see anyone so far who have competed in a top conference and put up decent numbers. If we end up with guys from weak conferences with padded stats, like this season, we are doomed once again. We will need to pick up some legit big boys from the top conferences (like Duke got Maliq and Arizona picked up Caleb Love - real difference makers).
It's super early and hopefully the GM and Autry have their homework completed. There are a lot of talented kids who haven't dominated their competition but turned into studs: e.g., Elijah Hughes and Gbinje for two. That doesn't mean that any low major kid with middling numbers is a potential diamond, but they are there. Hopefully that's where Kline comes into play and he can identify the kids that can be glossed over if someone is just looking at BBref stats and thinks they're a data analyst (like Millhouse). There are proprietary data services with detailed game logs and advanced metrics - plus word of mouth and scouting. Putting everything together with costs is a full-time job and that's what Kline is doing.Other than the Bol kid from Florida State, I don’t see anyone so far who have competed in a top conference and put up decent numbers. How many times did we have #'s and kick out for a clanked 3? Can't dunk, can't make 3'sForcing steals and getting out in transition is a must. We had one of the worst turnover differentials in the Power 6 this year. A lot of our problems would be fixed if we can just flip that statistic.

So much this. Center is the only position I'd like to get 2 guys but that's because we don't need them to give us 35 a night. Promise them each 20 mins a game and be done at the 5.I know what PER is trying to do. It just doesn't matter when they're playing such limited minutes.
We need to focus on getting the best 7/8 players in our rotation we can. I don't care about the 11th man on the bench.
