Great summary Tomcat.
I met and spoke with the team's, let me get this correct, "culture coach." He said Coach is open to new ideas and methods. He started with the team pre-season of the Championship year. He is not a sports psychologist. His job is to help the team build a winning culture dependent on (my one sentence summary) everyone being a key component of the team no matter what their role on the team at any given time. All the newcomers, 11 in total or was it 11 freshman, were introduced to the team culture and concepts back in January. As Tom noted, all the players have fully bought-in to this team's culture in a very team positive manner. One or two players, when answering questions, noted that they came from teams that have a culture vastly different than at SU and the culture here is key.
(I joked that another team on campus could have used his help but we did not go there.)
Fun event.
