I think with the transfers that Syracuse is there, and playing a competitive schedule seems reasonable.
If you think of Cornell (8) and Army (14) taking the place of UNC (15) and Duke (2) - the ACC teams SU played twice last year, it's pretty reasonable. The other thing to consider is the ACC tournament, not sure how to factor that into the schedule difficulty since there is a chance they don't make it.
RPI of OOC 2023:
Albany (37)
Duke (2)
Hofstra (58)
Holy Cross (73)
Hobart (52)
Hopkins (4)
Maryland (7)
UNC (15)
Princeton (17)
St Bonnies (67)
Vermont (28)
RPI of Rumored OCC 2024
Army (14)
BU (20)
Cornell (8)
Hobart (52)
Hopkins (4)
Maryland (7)
Manhattan (45)
Princeton (17)
Vermont (28)
Albany? (37)
Navy? (44)
I think the big thing is getting rid of St Bonnies and Holy Cross which dragged the RPI down. That doesn't look like it will be the case this year unless maybe Hobart or Manhattan completely fall off a cliff. Overall though they look like pretty similar schedules when it comes to difficulty.
Army is kind of the wild card to me, they might be a lot better than their RPI given they don't always play the toughest schedule. Maryland I think will be better than 7 but I could see Cornell, Princeton and Vermont go down a couple places.
