Class of 2026 2025-26 Portal

Dylan Raiola will be one of the top QBs to hit the portal. I'll be stunned if he doesn't already have a program and negotiated deal on the table.
Feeling like it could be Georgia here. He initially committed them out of High School and Stockton could declare for the draft.

Raiola though, anyone who watches his film has to wonder how he helps them. Makes bad decisions, turns it over, can't make big plays, and has accuracy issues. neb gave him tons of chances and a decent running game and he caused probably 4-6 of the losses they took.

Same few schools in the mix for the top QBs. Will be interesting to see who Miami ends up with as we will probably end up playing them next season, right?

Nope not for like 3 years or maybe even 4.
That stinks, I would’ve loved to play Miami next season as I think we’ll be a much improved team. To beat them next year and shut up all of Miami’s horrible fanbase would’ve been nice.

They all just budget every year for a top quarterback. They replace one $3 million quarterback for another and it seems to be working for them.

The Dylan Raiola who played for Nebraska?

He passed for 2000 yards with a 74% completion rate and 18:6 TD/INT ratio in the nine games he played this season. They were 6-3 in the games he played.

did you watch the games or pick the stats? I saw every game.

Listed his actual stats because they didn't seem to jive with your characterization of: "Makes bad decisions, turns it over, can't make big plays, and has accuracy issues."
stats aren't everything, but you cant be considered turnover prone when you average less than a pick a game. He can definitely improve but 2.5% INT rate for a sophomore isnt all that bad.

I think he would get sacked less because he wouldn't be going against SEC defensive fronts. The odds of this happening are slim to none, I was simply saying he would be a huge get.
Have you watched our OL? They couldn't handle UConn's front.

Staff seems to like him. From the limited highlights I've seen - and fully acknowledging the danger/stupidity in making assumptions based on those - he seems to throw off his back foot a lot. Completion percentage (60%) and TD/Int stats caught my attention too.

But it's hard not to be impressed with 30 passing TDs for the season. We could, and have done, much worse.
Maybe you are mixing him up with someone else? This kid, Taron Dickens, completed almost 75% this year with 38 TDs and only 2 INT’s. In 2024 he played a lot less but completed 73% and was 12/3 TD/INT

You are absolutely right. I was looking at the West Florida QB. Thanks for the heads up, djorange1989

I'm putting myself on ignore...
