2025 Aflac Kickoff Game - Tickets

I know

But UNLV only had 31K in the bldg. They sell about that for every game except the Boise one.

There may have been 3-5K of SU fans there

for the Atlanta game SU probably is on the hook for tickets, if they have 5k they wont move that many. People will always look for the cheaper price
3-5k? You're higher than I am

just going by what I was told by people there who talked with SU officials.

UNLV this year
25k
25K
31K SU
42k Boise

That points to a 5k bump for the SU game. If we brough 10K then UNLV fans stayed home in droves for the biggest game of the year so far.
The only way Boise could have 42k is if they opened the upper decks... no pun intended but the uppers were all closed for SU, and the whole bottom bowl was literally full. Live TV can confirm. I'm pretty sure no UNLV ticket holders have upper deck seats. I call BS on reporters and I W\want to see camera proof, as We know what the dome holds with the incline and that lower area is wicked small. That stadium is high up and not spread out. Nothing went above the lower, and it is a 33k max and they said it was filled with the SU game. Bunch of horse hockey as it were.

so dont trust the people there or trust the people here that were in the stands.

perhaps. Not sure why people who had access to numbers would low ball it.
Tickets sold by school are different than fans attending. A lot of Syr fans dont buy through the official school channels and instead bought direct or on secondary market.

Let me know if you can access the add on tickets from the email. I already renewed and I can’t seem to find the add on tickets from the email.
I've yet to see those BB tickets too.

This game gives me anxiety I don't see how we are at all competitive but I hope I'm wrong.

One other thing to note, for those going to this game or the GA Tech game in 2025 (Yes, there are 2 games in Atlanta next year), the College Football Hall of Fame is in Atlanta. It's close to Mercedes-Benz Stadium (10 minute walk at most) and a short drive from Georgia Tech (5 minutes without traffic).
went there when we played Georgia Tech in basketball for a roadie. One of the funnest things was the interactive display of college football helmets, they have all FBS, FCS, D2 and D3 helmets and I even think they have all the NAIA and JUCO helmets too. If I remember correctly, you go to a screen and type in the school and the helmet then lights up on the huge overhead display. I had looking fun up all SUNY schools, Hobart, Alfred, Utica, Coast Guard, Fitchburg St., Framingham St., all the small schools I am interested in.

I will say, that I have traveled for a couple away games for Cuse, with UNLV being the latest away game I attended, and was WOW'd by the number of Orange fans I saw in attendance. Easily topped the 10K mark, no question. Several UNLV fans I spoke to, were also WOW'd as well.

I just renewed by season tix for next year, opted out of the 1st game, but will be going to Cuse/YourMomma'saHoya game!

I will be their!

Went to legends society first as a pre-sale for just 24 hours. Assume there will be a broader season ticket holder + alum pre-sale as well.
It was an option when purchasing next years tickets a couple of days ago.

For the Boise game they did open the third deck and had 42-44K is what I think I read. It was a record for them.

Thats pretty cool! It must be a cool rivalry... It was still pretty cool with SU there, was dang awesome away tailgate and game.

They did open portions of the 200s and 300s.

It was an impressive crowd for them.

Boise obviously traveled well too

How easy is it to get tickets to this at this point/does anyone have an extra seat their group won't need that your old pal OiG could tag along on?

I'm considering a crazy itinerary where I fly in to Atlanta from SLC on a red eye, hit the game, and then fly right back to SLC.

Not sure who received the email today but ticket prices will be pricey for the kick off game next year in Atlanta versus UT.

*Club Section Notes:
  • VIP Club tickets are all-inclusive with food and drinks (including all alcohol)
  • Lower Club tickets are all-inclusive with food and drinks (not including alcohol)
  • Harrah's Club tickets are all-inclusive with food and drinks (including beer and wine)
Will some of that ticket money go to UT recruiting?

I think this is a true neutral site game and SU is on the hook for their ticket allotment. Not totally sure, but if you buy through SU you’re typically safe
