We'll know a lot after the first game.
That's really a call that a coach loses the team. Interesting prediction, I don't buy it (referring to the ESPN person)

She’s no MarcieShe hot?
I like PTI when Tony is on. Other than that, I just watch sports... and the ocho.I enjoy Nicole Briscoe when she is hosting Sportscenter, usually when I wake up in the morning. But other than that, I just watch ESPN for sports. Their talking head shows drive me crazy too. I guess I'm old school that journalists should report the stories, not be the stories.
It's like they forgot how to identify talent. Where are the smart witty anchors? Everyone now thinks they're far cooler than they are and take themselves and the sports way too seriously. Can we really not find some young Dan Patricks and Kenny Mayne's? With all of the people going to school for sports journalism, you can't tell me there isn't talent somewhere. And if espn is losing so much money, stop paying guys like Greenberg $6.5 million per year.Yeah, I'm definitely not going to argue that point. If you are even close to a similar age, then we both remember much better days of ESPN programming. For me, SportsCenter was "must see" TV...end of the night and/or first thing in the morning.
While there are other variables for sure in this game, this is 100% true (maybe more than any game in recent history). Against Alabama, Georgia and Ohio State, Tennessee still averaged about 170 yards rushing per game in losses last year. It is Josh Heuppel’s identity and without a proven quarterback, he will try to run it down our throats for sure. We won’t stop them but maybe can contain to some degree.IF we can stop the Tennessee run game, it will be a close game. If Tennessee can run it down our throats, the game will get ugly. This is the key to the game.
I'm hearing nothing.So...OIG, whatcha hearing?
Well, you've been consistent in your belief in Angeli, so think we're good either way. If Collins starts, he must be good. It could be that the Tennessee start will be situational, too. What's the game plan? Fran & Nixon will be playing to win, no matter what the pundits think. LGO!!I'm hearing nothing.
But it took a lot of energy manifesting Angeli and I'm going to be really surprised if he's not the guy under center against the Vols.
So from looking at their other tweets...this is a parent of Carter Clark #63 OL. Seems like parents were allowed to watch the scrimmage yesterday.
It seems like both QBs played well. I'd have to guess its going to be Rickie out there vs. Tennessee. Whoever it is, let's get after it!
I don't know that they gave away anything. They stated an opinion and it wasn't a strong one.I am a little surprised that players parents are commenting on the qb comp. Fran, the coaches and players have been very careful not to comment and draw distinctions between the two qbs.
I know people that watch have their own options but I think back on what Fran said about evaluating the qbs. How did they do with the ones, how did they do with the twos, how is their leadership etc? apples to apples. I hope it is a difficult decision on the coaches because it says we are in a good spot at the position.
