Feb 15th at Maryland confirmed. Quite a lineup for the Terps!
Agree on everything. This schedule is harder on paper and easier on the mentals, with three of our in state rivals who are out for blood when they play us off the list. Of the three off (Army Albany Hobart), Albany is probably the most disappointing. It is highly likely that they will be the best team in the American East this year, with minimal losses in the offseason and some promising young talent. Wish we found a way to play them while dropping one of Jacksonville Utah Vermont or Manhattan.
On that subject, I also wish we just dropped Manhattan all together, despite the Odierna connection. No real opportunity to improve as a team or learn anything by teeing of on a team of their caliber. Even if they win their conference, which is far from guaranteed, it is unlikely to be any sort of RPI boost. For a team with such an experienced starting lineup like ours I really do not see the point other than extending an olive branch to Odierna's former school, which just ain't worth it
Any chance Army missing from the schedule has anything to do with the football team canceling the football game for this year?On Manhattan, they seem like a last second replacement for Delaware as they weren't on that initial schedule that was released and the Tuesday game date screams last second scramble to find a date and time that works for both parties.
Albany I think wants a home and away regular series after SU played there in Gait's first year and I don't think SU is interested in that. I think it's a bad sign this is the 2nd year in a row they won't match up, I wouldn't be surprised if the game took a decent hiatus. I suspect Hobart and Army will be back next year. The Army game is a bit of a mystery to me, not sure what happened there.

But haven’t got game tickets yet n can’t remember what did last year if got tickets day of or close to or if got ahead of time. Is there really any difference getting them ahead or day of? Or any suggestions?
Corrigan Sports? Get ready for some lively goal calls.

IIRC, Corrigan's games haven't been in the past. He's put together a string of Regional Sports Network (the infamous ACC RSNs) cable outlets to show them.If it's Pay Per View, I'll watch on the radio.
