UVA schedule now official. Looks to be the same that was posted here a few days ago.

vs Syracuse on March 29th.

Probably just coincidence, but feels like there is a lot of overlap between UVA's OOC schedule, and Syracuse. Towson, Colgate, Hopkins and Utah. Maybe it's just that Utah stands out for some reason.

I wonder if something's up with Utah. There was that rumor earlier in the year that they were considering joining the ACC which fizzled out. I wonder if Charlotte is considering breaking precedent and letting them join just for MLax (they currently don't have WLax).

Colgate is certainly a new face for UVA. Give them credit, that's a he'll of an OOC schedule.

Correct. I was looking at the series record page from the 2024 press guide which, of course, didn't have the result.

Lars is willing to play anybody. (Some of our fans would like it if he dialed it back a bit.) I imagine he would like to play the Ivies more often, but it takes two to tango. Princeton was on our schedule a lot (every year from '92 to '08), but Tierney's replacement ended it. We haven't played Penn home-and-home since '17, mostly playing them as the odd team in the "ACC Showcase" game in Chester. We've played Harvard, Dartmouth, and Cornell in the regular season, but not Yale since '91.

Kind of a joke since it's what less than 5 weeks till the first game?

Not sure why there's no push to improve exposure and monetize college lax now there's no premise of amateurism. Obviously youth participation in the sport has been there for 30-40 years.

Let me guess every Saturday every D1 game will start at noon or 2pm again save for maybe one at 3 or 4?

Isn’t the delay usually because of unknown availability of the dome because of basketball?

The schedule has been in place for a couple of months now from what I know. The main hold up was the ACC and television. However, I wonder if something else came up as I was told Army and Albany were on the schedule and now both appear off of it. Army's schedule is also still not out, i am curious if something is up there. Albany appears to be a similar casualty to Hobart, a date that both parties agreed upon (and location) could not be reached. Something else has clearly popped up and the Delaware game clearly was an error on someones end and a bad look.

No monster truck this spring, only the April concert should be an issue and that is not the hold up as the date has been in place for a while.

Schedule was complete but I think an issue with one or more teams has popped up. Clearly something is very off with the Delaware game and the fact that Army is not listed and there schedule is still unpublished (which is very late for them) tells me something is going on behind the scenes.

I was told we were playing Delaware on March 18th but it wasn't on the Delaware schedule. Not sure what the delay is about.

Good catch, confirms Army is off the schedule. Looks like Yale replaced SU for Army this year, even down to the midweek part. Army again with a decent OOC but a few dregs will definitely wear it down. UNC should be improved but again unless they go almost undefeated in the OOC they will probably be AQ or bust again.
