2025 West Lot/Selection date and times UPDATED

Possible, as I know pretty much every lot is still available currently.
 
Interesting in that if you click on hanging pass the only lot shown available is west. Electronic every other lot was available.

Yes, west is by hanging pass only this year, no electronic. Has to do with students parking in the lots and other issues.
 
My slot was noon today but I was in meetings and couldn't get in until now. West is sold out. Which sucks because I've parked in Standart for like 10 years.

Everybody has a rep. He/she has sent you SU emails the past week. Their number is in the email.

I'm stunned West is gone already. They have to be holding passes or something.
 
West sold out about 1 hour ago.
 
When I talked to the Rep a week ago they did not expect West to sell out that fast. There is also the chance people who have never bought before hopped in or more bought 2 passes suddenly.

On the flip side we don't really know if they reduced capacity again in those west lots.

How many spots do they have in west ? How many people have even had a chance to buy a pass so far 1000 maybe? We are only like 3 days in and that side is gone? Makes you wonder if many will not have a place this year.
 
The website only showed the VA Garage open when I logged in, so I called my rep. He said there were just a few spots in Harrison and Walnut left even though they showed sold out on the web. This seems really, really odd that all of north campus will be sold out within 4 days.
 
At this rate skytop will be the only option for about 60% of people who usually bought a pass.

what donor level are they at now? Must be 6-7?

just for thought. I know that when I was in level 6 last year there were 900 FB STH ahead of me in ranking. So that would imply they are 1000 - 1500 people thru the process and they have sold a ton of parking already,

There are more STH buying passes that used to do game day pay parking. There’s also more STH I believe.

My rank is 1505, so your numbers track. I’m just really surprised that all of north campus is basically sold except the VA garage. Even if everyone bought 2 passes, there’s got to be more than 3000 spaces in the surface lots on campus.

I get that. I know that at this point my ranking is 1500 spots better than before the new seating kicked in.. So if there are more STH From the sounds of it the parking is selling a much higher rate then last year.

At this time in the parking process 2024 there were lots of space in west lot.

Even if you said there were 500 new STH would all of them be this high up in the ranking to take spots after one year? 4 good seats could easily get you level 7 but with no pts you would be a the bottom of that and not have picked yet.

But if inventory went down that would really speed up the process,

Must be a large number of people heard about the SyraCruz tailgate.
 
I bet this year they had far more people in the queue after the first couple very high levels. Guessing here but last year they may have had X people in the queue every 15 mins. This year may have been 2 or 3 times X. Last year they had to worry about all the reseating.

Interest is definitely up and demand but I find it hard to believe they aren't also holding some back for whatever reason, I doubt they have all the west lots plus Harrison and walnut at 95% capacity 2 days in
 
How many days is the process this year vs last?

This year is 11 days. Last year was almost 30. So for sure they are going faster.

Even so the slots are still going much faster.

The people picking day 3 this year were like 7-8 last year. But at the same time day 7-8-9 had spots in lots that are long gone now. if people in level 6 are seeing no inventory in those lots already, many people are out of luck. we have like 80% of people left in the process who will have no options.
