During his ESPN broadcasted HS game the announcer said that he starts every day with a 12 egg omelette. It shows.

With the price of eggs, he must be a millionaire

and our #1 wr had a non injury missed almost all season

but the oline had enough parts and the QB stayed on the field.

some teams get that type of run for 5-8 yrs. We try to make it 5 games for a decade

I’m getting less and less optimistic on this topic as time goes by. Considering we see nothing positive, no sightings etc.

That seems unnecessarily pessimistic. It's only March 11th. Let everyone get through Spring practice. See if any names start to pop. It's early.

Exactly. I don't see why waiting for spring practice is necessary before i can have more doubts about Zeed making it back. There are winter workouts going on. Things may all workout and we see him suit up for SU again. But as more time goes by, without any good news being reported, just seems less likely that all ends up well on that front for SU football.

For what it’s worth…. I’ve heard “he” has been seen on campus but is not involved Team workouts or activities.

That could mean he is on campus (if he actually is and this wasn’t a case of mistaken identity) and trying to earn his eligibility back. I can only assume someone who left school for a semester would be behind academically and need to earn some credits before he can be deemed eligible and participate in team activities.

At the very least I hope he and his family are ok and doing well in this crazy world.

Best case scenario, I hope he and his family are well and he has made it back to campus to work his way back into the program and finish school.

I’m surprised they can do this given the 105 roster limit and where we seemingly are Ship wise and the number of walkons we already have that likely are vying for spots on the 105

I’m wondering coukd walkons become “student managers” and not be rostered but still attend practice in the case a roster spot opens up. Is that a possible loophole

If he took an LOA (assuming that he did) he would not be eligible to participate this semester which could explain why he’s been on campus but not “practicing”

He would be come eligible this summer again and would be able to do training camp and play next fall as I understand it.

I could be wrong but I am also hopeful that this is the exact case. Obviously it could be way off. We’re a better team with Zeed. But sometimes life is bigger than football
